Step 1: Launch TiVo to iPhone MP4 Converter - Avex iPhone Video Converter.

Install Avex iPhone Video Converter ( Download it here(7.06MB) )and run it on your PC. Click the "Choose Video" button("Open DVD/Video" button for Avex DVD to iPhone Video Suite user) to select the .tivo files you want to convert.

Step 2: Choose profile and output folder.

Choose the output quality in the drop-down list and there are 6 choices for you. You should know that higher quality means larger video size.
Input the output folder in the blank at the foot of the main interface OR click the "Browse" button next to the blank to select the output folder by mouse-click.


Step 3: Start the TiVo to iPhone MP4 Conversion.
Click the "Convert" button to start converting the .tivo file to iPhone .mp4 format. Very soon, the conversion will be finished and you can transfer the converted video to your iPhone.

Step 4: Transfer converted movie to iPhone.

Launch Apple iTunes( Download page of iTunes ), add the converted movie in to iTunes Library. Plug in your Apple iPhone and go to the "Video" tab. You'll see your new movie shown, along with any other movies you have in your iTunes library:

Select the new file you created, press "Apply" and let it copy data across for a while. When it's done, you've got your TiVo movie neatly and conveniently on your Apple iPhone.
