Step 1: Launch Avex iPhone Video Converter.
Install Avex iPhone Video Converter on your PC (
Download it here ). Launch the programme and the main interface will be present on your screen. Click "Choose video" button to select the .avi movie that you want to convert.

Plug in your Apple iPhone and go to the "Video" tab. You'll see your new movie shown, along with any other movies you have in your iTunes library:
Select the new file you created, press "Apply" and let it copy data across for a while. When it's done, you've got your AVI movie neatly and conveniently on your Apple iPhone.
